Craig's Whole Wheat Bread - NEW! Revised Recipe
makes 1 large-pan loaf
Note: this recipe marks the beginning of a new method of breadmaking inspired by recipes from Fleischmann's.
Ingredients:
- 3-3½ cups whole-wheat flour
- ½ cup wheat gluten
- 5 tsp sugar
- 2¼ tsp or 1 packet yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp water
- 1½ tbsp light-tasting olive oil
