Craig's Whole Wheat Bread - NEW! Revised Recipe

makes 1 large-pan loaf

Note: this recipe marks the beginning of a new method of breadmaking inspired by recipes from Fleischmann's.

Ingredients:

  • 3-3½ cups whole-wheat flour
  • ½ cup wheat gluten
  • 5 tsp sugar
  • 2¼ tsp or 1 packet yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp water
  • 1½ tbsp light-tasting olive oil
Fiber-rich and quite tasty Great texture from a single rise dough.
