Debbie writes: "This book was recommended to me by Jillian. I thought we should read it since I find myself more and more intrigued by real-life memoirs, and this book is no exception." She invites us to read Naked by David Sedaris and join her for discussion on Sunday, June 26th, at 7pm.

David Sedaris is a playwright and a regular commentator for National Public Radio. He is also the author of the bestselling Barrel Fever, Holidays on Ice, and Me Talk Pretty One Day. He travels extensively thoughout Europe and the United States on lecture tours and currently lives in France.

Naked is a riotous collection of memoirs which explores the absurd hilarity of modern life and creates a wickedly incisive portrait of an all-too-familiar world. It takes Sedaris from his humiliating bout with obsessive behavior to where he is finally forced to face his naked self in the company of lunatics.
